YOGA RETREAT IN IDYLLWILD, CA - April 2011
Retreat Dates have been set for Idyllwild Friday April 29-Sunday May 1, 2011!
Jayne Robertson and Desert Yoga Therapy were delighted to run their second weekend yoga based retreat being held May 1-3, 2009 in Idyllwild, CA.
The weekend focused on living a healthy, yoga based lifestyle where we practiced yoga, meditation and relaxation daily. Outstanding, fresh cooked vegetarian cuisine was provided and we had some free time to hike in the beautiful mountains, get a massage, read or shop in the delightful town of Idyllwild. It was a time for focusing on ones own health, reflection, introspection, revitalizing energies, learning more about wellness and a retreat to take time for oneself.

Sunday:
7 am Morning Tea 7:30 am Asana and Pranayama Class 9 am Breakfast 10-noon Educational Topic and Closing Circle Noon Lunch and Check-Out.
The accommodations were in a former B&B, The Creekstone Inn, with most people having their own room.
